These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Avalun platform ("Platform") and its users. By accessing or using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Avalun reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Avalun is a mobile daily-rewards platform. Users earn Avalun Points (AP) through in-app activity. AP is an in-app activity unit — it is not a cryptocurrency, is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Separately, Avalun Token (AVL) is an ERC-20 token on Polygon. Eligible AP balances may be withdrawn as AVL at the fixed, published rate of 10 AP = 1 AVL, subject to these Terms; AP confers no right to any value other than that fixed conversion. The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above.
The Platform is an Android application distributed through Google Play. It allows users to create accounts, earn Avalun Points through daily sessions, track their progress, and — after phone verification — withdraw AP as AVL at the fixed 10 AP = 1 AVL rate to a Polygon wallet they control. Daily production on the Platform is an activity and engagement system: rewards are produced server-side, it does not perform cryptographic computation on your device and does not secure any blockchain.
3.1. Account Creation: To register for the Platform, you must sign in with a Google account and verify a mobile phone number by SMS. You commit to providing information that is accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. Account Limitation: Each user may only create one account. In case of multiple accounts, Avalun reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant accounts.
3.3. Account Security: It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account, your Google account and your phone number. Keep your device locked and enable additional security measures on your Google account where available.
3.4. Suspicious Activities: If suspicious activities are detected in your account, your account may be temporarily suspended, and security verification may be requested.
3.5. Account Sharing: Account sharing or selling is strictly prohibited. If such activities are detected, the relevant accounts may be permanently terminated.
4.1. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to participate. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with local laws regarding digital assets.
4.2. Restrictions: Users may not use automated scripts, bots, emulators, or any automated means to collect rewards. Manual use of the genuine Android application on a real device is required; Google Play Integrity checks are enforced.
4.3. System Manipulation: Attempts to manipulate the reward system, exploit bugs, or engage in fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited. Such behaviors may result in permanent termination of the account and cancellation of earned AP.
4.4. Rewards: Rewards are subject to verification. If suspicious activities are detected, rewards may be suspended or canceled.
4.5. System Parameters: Avalun reserves the right to change reward parameters, boost multipliers, and withdrawal limits without prior notice. The 10 AP = 1 AVL conversion rate is fixed. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the Platform.
5.1. Withdrawal Eligibility: Users must meet minimum withdrawal requirements, add a Polygon wallet address they control, and complete phone verification before withdrawing tokens.
5.2. Withdrawal Limits: Avalun may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. These limits are subject to change.
5.3. Withdrawal Fees: Avalun pays the Polygon network fee (gas) for withdrawals and charges no withdrawal fee. The full AVL amount corresponding to the withdrawn AP is sent to your wallet.
5.4. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable time frame. Processing times may vary depending on network conditions. Every completed withdrawal shows its Polygon transaction hash inside the app.
5.5. Wrong Address: Transactions on Polygon are irreversible. AVL sent to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered by Avalun.
6.1. Purchases via Google Play: Boosts are optional in-app purchases made exclusively through Google Play Billing. Avalun does not process payments directly and never sees your payment details.
6.2. What a Boost Does: A boost multiplies your own daily production for its stated duration. It does not purchase, reserve or guarantee any quantity of AP or AVL.
6.3. Refunds: Refunds for boost purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy and are requested through Google Play. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding boost is removed and AP attributable to it may be reversed.
6.4. Prices: Prices, durations and multipliers are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
8.1. Service Guarantee: Avalun does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates without prior notice.
8.2. Digital Asset Risks: Digital assets involve significant risk. The market value of AVL may fluctuate substantially and may fall to zero. No return, profit or price level is promised or implied. Avalun Points confer no ownership, revenue, dividend or governance right; their only function is the fixed 10 AP = 1 AVL conversion described in these Terms. At launch, the AVL market price is visible from day one, but trading remains disabled at the contract level and opens only with an announced, irreversible on-chain unlock; until then AVL cannot be bought or sold. Boost purchases multiply your own daily production; they do not purchase, guarantee or entitle the buyer to any quantity of AVL, and must not be treated as an investment. AP associated with automated or fraudulent activity may be removed without compensation.
8.3. Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Avalun is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites or services.
8.4. Liability for Damages: Avalun is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
8.5. Official Channels: Avalun's only official channels are avalun.io (including avalun.io/proof) and [email protected]. Avalun has no social media accounts. Avalun is not responsible for losses caused by impersonators, fake apps or fake tokens.
